Our History
We’ve come from various backgrounds, including business ownership, corporate America, and public accounting. We are a collective of professionals dedicated to assisting Business Owners make major life changes as smoothly and profitably as possible while preserving their personal goals.
Stacey International was launched in the USA and Canada after Carrie exited dealership ownership and found herself performing hundreds of business valuations for main street brokers. She quickly realized there was a gap in the skill set of the “business broker” industry and she set out to give business owners a better experience with an intermediary who understood the DNA of businesses, financial statements, and why confidentiality was so critical to sellers. Having bought and sold her own dealerships she truly understands what buyers and sellers were dealing with.
